these terms govern your use of blueprint's website, platform, and services. by engaging us, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
no illegal use, no scraping, no attempts to defeat security controls, no reverse engineering of platform internals. full policy at /legal/acceptable-use.
SMS / text messaging
when you provide a mobile phone number through a blueprint web form and consent to SMS, you may receive text messages from blueprint at the number you provided (appointment confirmations, deliverable notifications, follow-up, and other transactional or opt-in marketing communications). message frequency varies. message and data rates may apply. text HELP for help. text STOP to opt out at any time. Intellectual property
we retain rights to our platform, methodology, playbooks, and code. work product delivered to a client under SOW is governed by the SOW.
Confidentiality
we honor confidentiality of client information. mutual NDAs are signed pre-engagement.
Warranties
services delivered with commercially reasonable care. no warranty of merchantability for site content.
Limitation of liability
except for gross negligence or willful misconduct, liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnification
each party indemnifies for third-party claims arising from its own breach of these terms.
Governing law
texas. venue: travis county.
Changes
we may update these terms. material changes are announced 30 days in advance.
