SMS Terms & Conditions.

Effective May 28, 2026

these terms apply to all SMS (text) messages sent by The Blueprint Company ("Blueprint", "we", "us", "our") to consumers who have opted in to receive them. by providing your mobile phone number to blueprint and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to the following terms.

1. Program description

blueprint operates several SMS messaging programs that you may opt into separately:

  • Audit Reminders — confirmations and reminders for free audit appointments you book at /audit.
  • Client Communications — operational updates, deliverables, and follow-up from your engagement, if you become a client.
  • Operating Brief — opt-in newsletter and educational content from blueprint, sent occasionally.
  • Partner Program — communications related to referrals and payouts, if you join our partner program.

2. How you opt in

you opt in to receive SMS messages from blueprint by (a) providing your phone number on a blueprint web form (audit, contact, partner application) and affirmatively checking the SMS-consent checkbox, (b) replying to a blueprint message with an affirmative confirmation, or (c) verbally consenting on a recorded call with a blueprint operator.

consent to SMS is never required as a condition of purchase or service.

3. Message frequency

message frequency varies. typical cadence is 2–10 messages per month, depending on the program. transactional messages (appointment reminders, deliverable notifications) are sent only as needed.

4. Carrier disclosures

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. blueprint is not responsible for charges from your carrier. SMS service is available on all major US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others). carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Opt out (STOP)

you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any blueprint SMS message. additional supported opt-out keywords include END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and QUIT.

after you send STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message indicating you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. you may opt back in by texting START or by providing consent again through a blueprint web form.

7. Privacy and data sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. all categories of personal information disclosed in our Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

phone numbers, opt-in records, and SMS message content may be processed by our SMS aggregator partner (Twilio Inc.) solely for the purpose of delivering messages. these sub-processors are disclosed at /legal/sub-processors. for the full privacy policy see /legal/privacy.

8. Sender identification

messages will be sent from a phone number or short code registered to The Blueprint Company, with a clear "Blueprint" identifier in the message body. our brand and use case are registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for A2P 10DLC compliance.

9. Eligibility

you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to opt in to blueprint SMS messages.

10. Changes

we may update these SMS Terms from time to time. material changes will be announced via a notice on this page and, where appropriate, via SMS. continued participation in any SMS program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
