we collect identifying info you give us (name, email, phone, company), business info you share for engagements, and product telemetry (page views, feature usage, performance metrics). we don't buy or rent data from brokers.

this policy describes what blueprint collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. plain language wherever possible; legalese only where required.
How we use it
to deliver the services you engaged us for, to bill you, to communicate about the engagement, to improve the platform. we do not sell your data. we do not train AI models on customer data without an explicit opt-in.
SMS / text messaging consent
when you provide a mobile phone number through any blueprint form (including the free audit form, contact form, and partner application form) you may receive SMS messages from blueprint at the number you provided. message frequency varies based on the nature of the engagement and any campaigns you opt into. message and data rates may apply. text HELP for help. text STOP to opt out at any time. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information disclosed in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. for full SMS terms see /legal/sms-terms.
Categories of information shared
we share contact information only with the sub-processors listed at /legal/sub-processors and only to the extent necessary to deliver our services. we do not share any mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Sub-processors
we use specific third parties (hosting, email, analytics, AI, SMS aggregators) to deliver the service. the current list is at /legal/sub-processors and we give 30-day notice of changes.
Your rights
access, correction, export, and deletion — supported. email privacy@blueprintbusiness.org and we respond within 30 days (sooner where legally required). you may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or by emailing privacy@blueprintbusiness.org.
GDPR / CCPA
we honor GDPR rights for EU residents and CCPA rights for California residents. our DPA is available at /legal/dpa.

Children
the platform is not intended for users under 16. we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
we may update this policy. material changes are announced 30 days in advance via email + a banner on this site.
