Acceptable Use Policy

Effective May 28, 2026

this AUP governs use of blueprint's platform. violation may result in suspension or termination.

Prohibited use

• illegal activity • harassment, hate speech, or threats • malware or attacks on third parties • unsolicited bulk messaging in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or TCPA • scraping or reverse engineering the platform • reselling without express authorization

Voice AI specific

voice AI must comply with TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and state-level robocall regulations. consent records are the customer's responsibility.

AI use

AI features must not be used to generate illegal content, deepfakes of real people without consent, or content that would violate any applicable law.

Reporting

suspected violations should be reported to abuse@theblueprintcompany.org.

Enforcement

we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. material violations are termination-with-cause events under the MSA.
