What you'll own
- Own paid media P&L across Blueprint + select F500 clients.
- Build closed-loop attribution that survives Apple privacy + iOS updates.
- Lead a team of 3–6 media buyers + analysts.
- Hire creative pipeline that ships 4× current cadence.
- Set the weekly performance review cadence with clients.
What you'll need
- 6+ years in paid acquisition, ideally in-house.
- Managed $50k/mo+ in paid spend across channels.
- Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, attribution tools.
- Comfortable presenting performance to a CFO.
- Bias toward iteration speed over rebrief.
