Lead Blueprint's paid acquisition team across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You'll own performance for both our own brand and select enterprise client engagements.

What you'll own

  • Own paid media P&L across Blueprint + select F500 clients.
  • Build closed-loop attribution that survives Apple privacy + iOS updates.
  • Lead a team of 3–6 media buyers + analysts.
  • Hire creative pipeline that ships 4× current cadence.
  • Set the weekly performance review cadence with clients.

What you'll need

  • 6+ years in paid acquisition, ideally in-house.
  • Managed $50k/mo+ in paid spend across channels.
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, attribution tools.
  • Comfortable presenting performance to a CFO.
  • Bias toward iteration speed over rebrief.
