Lead the platform engineering team building Blueprint's operating system across multiple client deployments. You'll own the architecture decisions that determine how many businesses our platform can serve at once.
What you'll own
- Architect the next phase of the operating system platform.
- Lead a team of 4–8 engineers across systems, integrations, and AI.
- Make the call on CRM platform support (HubSpot, GHL, Salesforce).
- Own the integration layer: ad platforms, books, payments, voice AI.
- Set the engineering bar for security, observability, and uptime.
What you'll need
- 8+ years building integration-heavy systems.
- Led an engineering team of 4+ people.
- Worked with at least one major CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL).
- Comfortable with Postgres, TypeScript, Python, infra-as-code.
- Strong opinions about API design, weakly held.
