Ship AI agents inside Blueprint's operating system. You'll build the voice AI, drafting agents, and follow-up workflows that power client deployments — and the platform that makes those replicable.
What you'll own
- Ship production AI agents (voice + chat + autonomous).
- Build the platform that makes agent deployments repeatable across clients.
- Tune voice AI for industry-specific intake (auto, welding, hospitality).
- Own evaluation infrastructure for every agent in production.
- Partner with client-facing teams to translate workflow → agent spec.
What you'll need
- 3+ years shipping AI features in production.
- Experience with Claude / GPT / Llama and tool-use APIs.
- Comfortable with Python, FastAPI, Postgres, vector DBs.
- Built voice AI before (Vapi, Bland, Retell, or custom).
- Strong evaluation discipline — vibes-only AI need not apply.
